Adjustable Posture Stretching Stick

I got this as a posture corrector because we all need that! It was very easy to assemble and very easy to use. It can take a bit to get used to if your posture is in as much need of correcting as my own but you will find it to be rather sturdy and resilient!

Ive been wanting one of these and this did not disappoint.I grew up as a dancer and I know what good posture does for you.As Ive grown older and work on desks and computers, my posture needs a lot of work.I ordered this to help stretch my back and to help my posture.The first time I used it, it was an amazing feeling.The only thing with this is that it doesn't fold up to take around. It does come apart, but Ive seen some that fold up, which would be nice to carry around when bored or going to work and coming back.And if you have trouble with some flexibility, it might be hard to get it behind your back.But it is nice and feels great.

This is kind of a odd purchase but it looked like it would feel really good and help straighten my posture if it worked. I must say, it does feel good but I'm having to remind myself to use it. (getting better) It does stretch and straighten the posture which I'm hoping will also have some strengthening aspects. The frame seems to be strong enough to last under normal use. The assembly was crazy easy. I feel for the price point, if you're having an reservations, I would recommend trying it.

This yoga stick is very sturdy and good quality. It doesn't easily fold away, you have to unscrew the poles. The handles are very soft and comfortable to hold. I ordered this to help my posture and stretch my back. You get a nice stretch opening up your chest when using this, also gives a good stretch to your back also. As I've watched videos, I was hoping it would crack my back, but I haven't been able to get it to do that for me yet, but I haven't given up. Yoga sticks can be used to stretch your muscles and improve your flexibility. As a result, it can improve range of motion and reduce joint pain. It would also be a great addition to a yoga routine.

As someone with chronic back and pain issues, I am always looking for something to help ease the pain. I try to keep my posture as inline and proper as I can, but I still catch myself doing the 'tech hunch'. This puts a lot of strain on the upper back and neck that the usual stretches can't take care of. I ordered this while thinking that if it didn't really work out, I could use it as an exercise/yoga bar. The contraption shows up, I screwed the four arms into the central hub and gave it a try based on what I saw in the listing photos. There isn't any kind of instructional material included with this posture stick. A google search will pull up plenty of ways to use this for stretching, exercising, yoga, etc. Back to how this works. It might look gimmicky, but you do get a pretty darn good stretch. It forces you to stand up straight, and you realize that you weren't standing up as straight as you thought you were. There is some soreness as you stretch muscles you probably haven't stretched in awhile. It goes away the more you use this, but the relief from hunching over continues on. I like that the arms can be removed from the hub so this can travel with you, including to the gym. It's lightweight and covered in easy to clean foam. A storage bag isn't included, but if you have one of those thin, flimsy string backpacks around the house, that works great. It would've been nice if the company had included ANY kind of instructional material to go with this stretching stick, even if it was only a few basic moves.
